ISDN TA version control information

***Version 1.23.8 (Dec. 18, 1998)
1. Add ATPTP=n command for ISDN Point To Point configuration, n=0, Auto TEI (default), n=1, TEI=0. 
User has to restart TA-200 to take effect this setting. The setting is auto saved into EEPROM. 

2. Add AT$SBn command for fixing the serial port speed, n = 600, 1200, 2400, 4800, 9600, 19200, 38400, 57600, 115200, and 230400 
(Set the baud rate when power on, in case RING comes in before AT command detected to identify serial port speed). 
This setting can be saved to profile 0 or 1 by AT&W command. 

3. All of modem parameters will be reset to DEFAULT after you upgrade to this version, 
please reconfigure the IEA-128 as your need.
