Topic: How to make the VIP gateway work with Dialogic ITG?

Answer:

Please upgrade the firmware up to 2.20 or above
After the firmware upgraded, you can then use the command line as below:

ITG>set h323 frame_rate 3
ITG>store config
ITG>store activate

After the command, the VIP device will adjust the frame rate to cowork with Diagloic ITG devices.
