Please check if your ITG is with firmware 2.0 or above 2. The TFTP Server program 3. The latest firmware file. The file can be found in the directory: ftp.planet.com.tw/VoIP/Firmware *** The upgrade steps: 1. Login into the ITG through Telnet session or through Consoe. 2. In the command prompt, key in the command "download" ITG>download Are you sure you want to go to download mode? y The Telnet session is closed. 3. Re-login the ITG if you are using Telnet. If not, just press enter, wait for few seconds, the ITG will request a password and user name from you. Key in, eitg and 123 for name and password. The ITG will prompt as below: EITG> 4.
