  Installing the PLANET ENW-9602T Gigabit Ethernet Adapter driver 
  on Windows 2000:


       1. Power off your PC and install the network card.

       2. Turn on power then boot up Windows 2000.

       3. Window system will show "Ethernet Controller" in
          "Install Hardware Device Drivers" dialog box.

       4. Select "Search for a suitable driver for your device
          (Recommended)" from "Install Hardware Device Drivers"
          dialog box and then click "Next".

       5. When system shows "Locate Driver Files" screen, please
          select "Specify a location" option and click "Next".

       6. When the "Found New Hardware Wizard" dialog box is
          appeared, please insert the Giga3264 Driver Disk
          in your floppy drive.

       7. Enter the driver pathname, i.e. A:\WIN2000, then click
          "OK" icon from "Found New Hardware Wizard" dialog box.

       8. When the "Driver File Search" dialog box is shown,
          please click "Next".

       9. When the "Insert Disk" dialog box is shown, please click
          "OK".

      10. When the "Files Needed" dialog box is shown, please select
          "Browse" icon to find out the driver (located on a:\WIN2000),
          and then click "OK". 

      11. When the "Hardware Install" dialog box is shown, the screen
          will show the following adapter name.

         "PLANET ENW-9602T Gigabit Ethernet Adapter" 

         Please click "Finish" to complete the installation.

      12. Restart your computer.
